Kim Seals, owner of  The Permanent Cosmetics Center, has been in practice for over 11 years and is the regions most qualified permanent cosmetics specialist. She is a graduate of the prestigious Southern Institute of Permanent Cosmetics wherein she completed the one year apprenticeship as required by the State of Tennessee. She has continued her studies by attending various workshops and seminars provided by the AMA, the governing board of Permanent Cosmetics. Kim became board certified by the American Academy of Micropigmentation in October, 2002.

Kim has been featured on Knoxville, Tennesee's Channel 10's "Style", where she performed eyeliner, eyebrows and full lip color on Knox's own Extreme Makeover Winner, Robin Harrelson. She also performed permanent cosmetics on Knoxvilles' B97.5 's "Biggest Loser".

Kim continues to promote the benefits of  Permanent Cosmetics by attending various events from women's expo's to Harley Rallies. I have clients in over 15 states. I love and believe in what I do.
