3. Is the Procedure Safe? -

Your safety and comfort are my highest concern. Permanent cosmetics are applied using the highest sanitation and sterilization standards available. Sterile, single-use needles are used and properly disposed of after each client. Your artist is gloved at all times.

4. Is this Procedure Painful? -

Although everyone's pain sensitivity varies, the application of permanent makeup involves minor discomfort. Topical anesthetics are used prior to and during the procedure.

5. Do I have a choice in the Placement of the Pigments and Color, and are Pigments Safe?

Of course. You will be fully aware prior to the procedure as to where I am going to implant the pigments. You will also wear your makeup as you normally do so that we can choose coordinating colors. Pigments used in permanent cosmetics have an extensive record of safety. Used in both the medical and artistic fields for over 20 years, their safety is undisputed.

6. Will a follow-up appointment be necessary?

At your initial procedure the pigments will be implanted sparingly. During the healing process a large amount of your color will be lost as it migrates into the skin. A follow-up procedure in 4 to 5 weeks is a must. This follow-up procedure fine-tunes your makeup.

7. What is involved in Recovery?

In most cases there will be slight swelling and redness of the skin which will subside quickly, usually overnight. You may resume normal activities immediately following the procedure.
